Lelo has designed the Luna Beads with interchangeable weights, a feature not usually offered in Kegal Balls. The pack comes complete with two different weight sets, one at 28 grams per ball and the other at 37 grams per ball. These position tightly in the silicone sling casing allowing easy weight changes, but held securely to prevent them from coming out unnecessarily.
