The OhMiBod Flex Kegel Weights are made from soft body safe silicone.  This set of three are the ideal pelvic floor strengthening system.  Begin with the lightest heart shaped ball then progress through the three weights.  Each weight is designed to become progressively more difficult increasing muscle strength as you go along.  This system works on the same principle as any fitness program.

Regardless of whether you are a beginner at floor muscle strengthening or more advanced the OhMiBod Flex Kegel Weights will accommodate.  The varying weights are designed to be used for any level of experience.  The three weights are:

• Kegel Ball #1 – 35 grams (35mm diameter at widest).
• Kegel Ball #2 – 45 grams (29mm diameter at widest).
• Kegel Ball #3 – 85 grams (29mm diameter at widest).  Double set.

The body safe silicone cover makes use comfortable and completely safe.  They are also easy to clean after use.  Once removed clean with warm water and a recommended toy cleaner or mild soap.  Allow to dry completely before storing in the provided pouch.
