MICRO RIB – an evenly spaced rib pattern running around the girth of the extender.  Extending from tip to the base and on both inside and out.

CHECKER PLATE – uneven wide nubs extending around the girth but in an uneven pattern down the shaft.

The varying sizes are designed as a choice for increasing penis size.  The outer silicone skin is super stretchy, so even the smaller size will do up to about a 7″ penis, though the closer you are to your size the better.  Sizing is more important if using during penetration rather than as a masturbator

The best way to wear the Fat Boy Textured Sheath extender is to add water based lubricant to the inside, slip onto the penis and then pull your testicles through the highly stretchy hole at the end.  Attaching around the testicles ensures the piece will not slip off particularly if using for penetration.  If using as a stroker/mastubator you may not wish to do this attachment step.
