Unlike many other web based businesses in this industry, we hold our own stock and do not reply on our suppliers to hold stock for us nor dispatch our orders. Due to this we have complete control over when our orders are dispatched, how they are packed and the method of dispatched used. It is for these reasons we have an unprecedented 99.9% order fulfillment rate. Should we be out of stock of an item it will be identified on the site as ‘Out of Stock’.
Most orders placed before 11am on any business day are shipped same day. Orders after this are shipped the following business day. If for some reason there is a small delay you will always be advised quickly. We often will upgrade postage methods on any delayed orders if it is applicable to ensure quicker delivery (free of charge)…though delays rarely happen. Postage upgrades are at our discretion.

At Aphrodite’s Pleasure we run our own warehouse and showroom of stock in Collingwood, Victoria.
Our policy is not to drop ship orders so we control quality, speed and accuracy of delivery.
Express Post – due to current circumstances Express Post deliveries may run later than the expected time frame. Delivery delays on all shipments are beyond our control, particularly due to current events. We will send Express Post if requested and paid, but delivery times are not guaranteed.

The Delivery Guarantee covers certainty of delivery, not delivery within an Australia Post advertised time frame.
Aphrodite’s Pleasure ships all orders via Australia Post “Parcel Post” service, which we have found to be reliable. (“Express Post” is available as an option at the cart of checkout for an additional charge.) This service is fully track-able. Upon dispatch the parcel tracking number will be supplied to you so you can watch the progress, along with the website details needed for tracking. All our parcels require a signature upon delivery. Should you not be available when delivery is attempted your parcel will be taken to the closest posts office for collection. A card should be left advising you of where it is. Though we always recommend you check the tracking using the number provided in case the card is not left.
Signatures are required as part of our Delivery Guarantee. Parcels will not be left if required as this voids this guarantee.
When placing your orders, it is important your address details are correct on the order. Once posted delivery address cannot be changed.
All orders within Australia are discretely packaged and shipped directly to your nominated address via Australia Post (Parcel Post). Orders are dispatched as quickly as possible depending upon product availability from the Melbourne CBD. We always aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours of receipt (based on business days). Should their be any difficulties with supplying your product for any reason what so ever, we will be in contact. The average postage time following dispatch is 2-4 business days within most capital cities, dependent upon your location. Deliveries to Perth and some country locations may take longer. But we will always aim to deliver to you as quickly as possible knowing you will be anxiously awaiting the arrival of our product.
It is important to note we do not dispatch orders until payment has been received. The above mentioned time frames apply to Paypal and Credit Card payments only. Direct deposits may add an additional 1-2 days, and cheque payments will need to be cleared within our bank account prior to dispatch. Should you wish to contact us directly we can take credit card payments over the phone if none of these options suit.
Packages will be discretely packaged with our return address marked with our parent company “Griffox Pty Ltd” as we know you wish to maintain your privacy. There is no mention of our website name or the parcel contents on the outside of the box. Packaging is completely discreet.
If your order be for a special occasion and you have limited time, please advise us of this in the “Order Notes” part of the Checkout screen and we will make all attempts to prioritise your order. If we believe it is unlikely for your order to arrive in time without further special attention we will contact you and discuss the options. (It may be best to phone us on 1300 88 08 59 under these circumstances for prompt service). All orders are dispatched with an accompanying invoice. We understand that should you be buying this as a gift for shipment directly to the recipient you may not want them to know how generous you have been, if no invoice is wanted with the shipment please let us know in the notes section at the checkout.
