The Tenga Geo sleeves sit in their own self contained stand for ease of use, best hygiene and to preserve them for the longest life possible.  Each of the styles offered have a different sensation:

To use your Tenga Geo remove the sleeve from the container supplied and invert so the texture is on the inside.  Apply a quality lubricant to the inside ensuring to add some to the entry point also.  It is always recommended to use a good quality water based lube for best results.  You can then use your Geo for in a stroking action for your desired level of stimulation.  The stroke and squeeze level is up to you, vary for different sensation intensities.

Clean well after use on both sides.  Use a warm water and a quality cleaner for best results.  Ensure to clean within the crevasses to remove any remaining fluids.  After cleaning make sure it is completely dry before returning to the storage container.  Best to try with the texture on the outside.
