It’s rare that I write a review, but in this case I felt it warranted as it’s been a long time since I’ve dealt with such a fantastic company. The website is clear and easy to navigate, with plenty of useful information supplied. The pricing is competitive and the quality of the products excellent. Items were received very quickly. The external packaging was discreet, durable and protected the contents from any possible damage. Inside the attention to detail with the gift wrap style was a lovely and surprising touch. Where I was really delighted though, was with the Customer Care, my queries were answered promptly, thoroughly and in a friendly and professional manner. It was simply so easy to deal with them This would rate as one of my best online shopping experiences and one I’ll definitely be repeating.

Firstly thank you very much for providing such fantastic communication throughout my whole buying experience. I haven’t had to contact you regarding my order/pre order once because your always one step ahead. I do ALOT of online shopping and usually shop based on best price so it was an added bonus that you guys had the best price but overall I was swayed because you also stocked your products in Australia. The after service has been simply outstanding and it has proved to me, at least, that best price shouldn’t be the only consideration when I buy. I’ll just have to stick to purchasing through Aphrodite’s from now on. The first part of the order was packaged beautifully and I can tell you really care about your customers. We’re very happy to be receiving our pre purchase earlier than expected and express posted as well! Again thank you for going above and beyond. Happy Friday.

Expecting to get a lesser experience (get what you pay for etc), this was far from the truth… Luxury unboxing experience, essentially gift wrapped TO US. Delivery was prompt and overall expectations exceeded. Shocked at the response times when we had a query, this is officially our new go to online store”.

It was the detail of string tied in a bow I was particularly taken with. It’s now carefully untied and in a drawer for re-use. The wand itself is a lovely piece of engineering.
