The silicone covering is fully enclosed, with the only openings appearing at the underside of the base on the plug.  This makes the Nu Sensuelle Mini Plug easy to clean.  After use clean with warm water and a recommended toy cleaner or mild soap.  It is not recommended to soak these items when cleaning.

For best results it is recommended to use a quality water based lubricant.  This makes it easier to clean and is less likely to damage the silicone.
