“First time purchasing outside our regular go to online store, this was motivated by price which we found to be much cheaper. Expecting to get a lesser experience (get what you pay for etc), this was far from the truth… Luxury unboxing experience, essentially gift wrapped TO US.
Delivery was prompt and overall expectations exceeded. Shocked at the response times when we had a query, this is officially our new go to online store”.
